In 2005, I began my career as a loan consultant and real estate agent in Southern California. I specialized in complex financing, dealing with credit challenged buyers and commercial lending. In 2007, the U.S economy began to falter; I then created financial contingency plans for new and existing clients. Negotiating with banks to save the home of my clients, or providing financial advice to those in need, became the most desired service in my industry. I soon established investment platforms with multiple investors, constructing hard money loans for clients that owned commercial real estate. My interest in commercial real estate grew, and I decided to join Marcus & Millichap investment services, specializing in multi-family and triple net sales.

I graduated from San Francisco State University earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business. I also studied at City University of Hong Kong, College of Business focusing on Chinese Organization Management and Chinese Marketing. . While in college I co-founded an Internet marketing company called The Click Experts which is currently running independently and successfully today.
